Influencer & Content Creator Agreement

Worn By Her – Dress Hire Collaboration Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to influencers and content creators (“Influencer”) who hire garments from Worn By Her (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for free in exchange for promotional content. By accepting a garment under this arrangement, the Influencer agrees to the terms below.

1. Collaboration Terms

The Influencer will receive one or more garments free of charge for a limited hire period (standard hire terms apply) in exchange for agreed content.

The type and number of posts/stories/reels shall be pre-agreed in writing via email or DM prior to dispatch/pickup.

Content must clearly tag and credit @worn.byher (where possible).

2. Usage Rights

The Influencer grants Worn By Her full rights to repost, reuse, and repurpose submitted content across its website, social media platforms, emails, and paid advertising, with credit.

3. Garment Care & Returns

The Influencer is responsible for the care and timely return of all garments, as per our standard hire terms (see https://wornbyher.com.au/pages/shipping-and-returns).

Garments must be returned on or before the agreed return date using the return postage provided.

Damage, loss, or failure to return the garment will incur fees as per the standard hire policy, even if the hire was complimentary.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this collaboration will be handled under the applicable jurisdiction.

By accepting and wearing a garment from Worn By Her under these terms, the Influencer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions in full.
