We offer an in-home try-on service for just $50 + postage for postal try ons, giving you the chance to try on up to 2 garments in the comfort of your home for 24 hours.

The 24-hour period starts from the time of local pick-up or delivery for postal try-ons.

Please note: try-on availability is subject to garment demand. Contact us to check if your desired piece is eligible.

How it works

1. Confirm Availability: 

Before booking, message us on Instagram to check if your selected items are available for a try on before your event. You can try up to two dresses at once, sent in the same package. This fee is deducted from the rental price if you hire the dress* if compliant with T+C’s

2. Book Online: 

Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll guide you to book your postage try-on directly through our website.

3. Try On: 

Local pickup: We’ll arrange a time for you to pickup the dress/es to try them on at home. Then return the dress/es within 24hours of pickup to receive your credit*.

Postage: We’ll ship the dress/es to you at an arranged time to try them on at home. To return, simply take them to your local post office and hand them over the counter within 24 hours of delivery, using the prepaid return satchel.

4. Book Your Hire: 

If you love the fit, book within 24 hours of returning your try-on to get the full $50 off your hire! After 24 hours, you’ll get a $40 store credit (minus a $10 fee), valid for 2 years.

Terms and Conditions

Worn By Her offers a try-on service via local pick-up and Australia Post, available on a case-by-case basis and subject to garment availability. By booking a try-on, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Try-On Availability

• Postal try-ons are offered at our discretion and subject to garment availability. Some popular pieces may not be eligible due to high rental demand.
• Please contact us to confirm if the garment you're interested in is available for a postal or local try-on.

2. Return Requirements

• The garment must be returned within 24 hours of receiving it:
• Postal Try-Ons: The 24-hour return window begins from the time the parcel is marked as delivered.
• Local Pick-Up: The 24-hour window begins at the time of collection.
• Items must be lodged over the counter at an Australia Post office (not a street posting box), and proof of lodgement must be provided.

3. Booking & Credits

• If the garment is returned within 24 hours and you decide to hire it, you’ll receive a $50 credit toward your booking—essentially making the try-on free (excluding postage). This credit applies only if the booking is made within 24 hours of returning the try-on.
• If the garment is returned within 24 hours but no booking is made within that time, you will receive a $40 store credit (a $10 fee applies). Credit is valid for 2 years.
• If the garment is not returned within 24 hours, the entire $50 try-on fee is forfeited, and the try-on will be treated as a 4-day rental with no refund.

4. Garment Condition & Responsibility

• Postal try-ons are strictly for fitting purposes only. Garments must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
• If the item shows any signs of wear, fragrance, marks, tan, dirt, makeup, or other smells, a cleaning fee of $40 will apply.
• If we believe the item has been worn, the full hire price will be charged.
• You are fully responsible for the garment during the try-on period and are liable for any damage, theft, or replacement costs.
• A bond may be required, which will be refunded upon safe and acceptable return of the garment.

5. Rental Priority & Holds

• Rental bookings are prioritised over try-ons.
• If your postal try-on needs to be rescheduled or cancelled due to a confirmed rental booking, you will be notified as soon as possible.

6. No Refunds

• Try-on fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Additional Terms

• All standard Rental Terms and Conditions apply during the try-on period.
• By proceeding with a try-on request, you agree to all the terms outlined above.
