Pickup hours

• Wednesday: 09:30am – 5:00pm
• Thursday: 09:30am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 08:30am – 4:30pm
• Saturday: 09:00am – 2:30pm

Please arrive during these hours. These hours are subject to change.

Parking

Parking is available in the driveway on the right hand side. Otherwise please park on the street. Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking during busy periods.

Missed Pickup Policy

Dresses must be collected within the advertised pickup hours on the scheduled pickup date.

If a dress is not collected during these hours and no prior arrangement has been made with WornByHer, we cannot guarantee same-day collection. Pickup may need to be rescheduled to the next available studio opening time.

Failure to collect your order does not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, partial refund, or extension of the hire period. The hire period begins from the scheduled pickup date listed on the order confirmation, regardless of the actual collection time.

If you are running late, please contact WornByHer as soon as possible so we can assist where possible.
