Book a Try-On Appointment – Burleigh Heads Studio

Enjoy a personalised one-on-one styling experience in our intimate Gold Coast studio, where our team will help you find the perfect dress for your event.

Appointment Options

30 Minutes – Best if you’ve already shortlisted a few styles online. Most clients can comfortably try on up to 6 pieces during this session.

60 Minutes – Recommended for school formals, weddings, black-tie events, or if you’d like more time to browse and receive styling guidance.

Please allow an additional 5–10 minutes for check-in and check-out.

Appointment Fee

$20 booking fee for 30 minutes + $40 booking fee for 1 hour appointment

• Fully credited toward a dress hire booked within 7 days of your appointment.
• One appointment credit may be redeemed per person, per event date.
• Appointment fees are not refundable.
• Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for store credit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the booking fee.

Store credit and loyalty points cannot be used to pay for appointments.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time using the links in your confirmation email or contacting us.

• More than 24 hours notice: store credit issued.
• Less than 24 hours notice: booking fee forfeited.

Automated SMS and email reminders are sent before your appointment.

Before You Arrive

To help protect our dresses, please attend your appointment without:

• fake tan
• fresh spray tan
• heavy makeup
• sunscreen on the body
• body oils or moisturisers
• sand or dirt on shoes or hems

If tanning or makeup transfer is likely, we may ask you to avoid trying on certain garments.

We recommend browsing our website beforehand and preparing a shortlist of styles you’d like to try.

Booking Details

• Each appointment is for one person trying on dresses.
• You may bring a maximum of 2 guests.
• Want to try on at the same time as your friend? Contact us to book separate appointments in the same time slot.
• For group bookings of up to four people, please contact us directly.

Our studio is intentionally intimate so we can give each client our full attention.

Dress Availability

We do our best to have a wide selection available in studio, however specific dresses cannot be guaranteed on the day of your appointment.

We strongly recommend checking online availability before booking.

Appointment Release Schedule

Appointments are released on a rolling basis and can usually be booked 1–2 months in advance.

If your event is later in the year, availability may not yet be visible. Please check back closer to your preferred date.

Parking

Street parking is available near the studio and is metered Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Please allow an extra few minutes to park before your appointment begins.
