Add Damage Insurance to your order for just $14.95 and enjoy peace of mind while you wear.
Without this protection, if your hire is returned with significant damage — such as major stains, tears, or irreparable wear — you may be liable for repair or replacement costs, up to a maximum of 120% of the item’s RRP.
We understand that light wear and minor marks are part of the rental experience and are generally accepted. However, in some cases, damage may be beyond repair and render the garment unfit for future hire.
If you've taken up the option of Damage Insurance, you're still expected to take proper precaution and care of the items you've rented.
What the cover includes:
- We will waive repair or replacement costs up to AUD $300 per order if the garment suffers accidental stains, tears or other unintentional damage while in your care.
- Minor wear and tear that can be professionally restored is always covered and will not incur any additional fee.
What the cover does not include:
- Loss or theft of the item.
- Returns that go missing in transit unless you can provide verifiable tracking showing the parcel was lodged or scanned.
- Damage that is deliberate, reckless or clearly negligent.
Liability beyond the cover
If the garment is damaged beyond repair and the replacement cost exceeds AUD $300, you remain liable for the balance up to 120 % of the item’s recommended retail price (RRP).
Where Accidental Damage Protection has not been purchased, you are liable for all repair or replacement costs, again capped at 120 % of the RRP.
